Where Her Good Days is different

One free app for your symptoms and the rest of your day

Balance's free app covers symptom and period tracking, mood, sleep and a Health Report (App Store). Its live sessions, yoga, Pilates and recipes are in Balance+.

Her Good Days adds the day around the symptoms: a food diary with protein and fiber, water, weight with no target, and workouts with our trainers, all free. The doctor report covers the dates you choose, with how often and how strong each symptom was.
