About

One free app, for years

Her Good Days is a health and wellness app for women and girls from 13 on: periods, pregnancy, the year after a baby, perimenopause, menopause and after.

Why it exists

A woman who wants to track her cycle, her symptoms, her food and her workouts often ends up with three or four apps, several of them on a subscription. Her Good Days puts those in one place and keeps every feature free, from the tracker to the doctor report.

The same app follows you from one stage to the next. If you start with periods and later get pregnant or reach perimenopause, you change your stage in two taps and your history comes with you.

How it is paid for

The app is free. It has an optional shop for supplements and wellness products, kept apart from your health logs, and nothing you track decides what it shows you. Teen mode has no shop.

There are no third-party ads in the app and no subscription to cancel.

What we write

Articles and the pages on this site follow a written review policy. Health pages say plainly whether a medical reviewer has checked them yet. How we review content.

Meet your trainers

The workout programs are led by two trainers, Sarah and Elena. Every session they lead is written and goes through a safety review first.
