More in the app
Write the habit in your own words, choose the days, and tick it on Today. Streaks count up, and a missed Tuesday shows as a gap with no warning attached.

Her Good Days has a free habit tracker for habits you write yourself, each with its own days and an optional reminder. You tick them on the Daily habits card on Today, and the weekly summary shows how many days you kept each one.
Streaks are there for encouragement. Missing a day leaves a gap and the count carries on from your next tick.
Several come from the daily plans the app suggests. Keep them, change the wording or write your own.
| Stage or goal | Example habits |
|---|---|
| Pregnancy | Prenatal stretch, 10 minutes; a glass of water with each meal |
| After birth | Pelvic floor, 3 minutes; rest when the baby naps |
| Perimenopause | Walk for 10 minutes; symptoms logged before bed |
| After menopause | Strength session, 12 minutes; vitamin D with breakfast |
| Better sleep | Wind down at 9:30 PM; screens off by 10 PM |
| Teens | Bedtime by 10:30 PM; a walk after school |
A streak that drops to zero after one missed day can make a bad week feel like failure. Her Good Days keeps the record honest (the gap is there) and leaves out the alarm, so coming back after a break costs nothing. Tick a habit after a gap and the app says "Welcome back, nice to see you".

On Today, the Daily habits card lists what is due that day with a tick box for each. In Track, every habit has a history with its streak and the days you kept it. The weekly summary adds a line on habit consistency, next to sleep and mood.
Pills, supplements and HRT sit on the same card but are their own list, in medication reminders, which log each dose and show it in the doctor report.
